A garment dossier assembled from photographs, not from a catalogue.
Dokpa Garment makes hooded and non hooded jackets, quilted and baffled insulated layers, shell jackets and a parka, in Budanilkantha, Kathmandu, Nepal. This study reads twelve photographs of those garments the way a field record reads a piece of equipment: one observation at a time, each carrying the plate it was checked against.
Every line carries its own evidence
A shop page states what a garment is. This dossier states what can be seen, and where. An entry that names a pocket names the plate the pocket was counted in. An entry that comes from supplied profile text is marked supplied and left there. An entry that two sources disagree about is marked contradicted and stays unsettled.
Nothing here is a specification. No fabric, no fill, no weight, no measurement, no temperature figure and no weather performance appears on any sheet, because none of it is visible in a photograph and none of it was supplied.
The supplied address places the workshop at Budanilkantha-9. An independent Yandex Maps listing for the same business places it in ward 8. Both are printed on this study, neither is treated as correct, and the dossier will not choose between them. The exact ward is the second question on the owner confirmation list.
For the same reason no opening time appears anywhere on this study. One external listing shows a morning opening that nothing else supports, and a wrong opening time sends a real person to a closed door.
Three sheets follow this one
Each sheet answers a different question. The dossier sheet asks what is on the garments. The evidence sheet asks how strongly each answer is held. The inquiry sheet asks what a visitor would need to send in order to get a real answer from the company.
The five grades used on every sheet
One vocabulary runs through the whole dossier. A grade is not a rating of the garment. It describes how firmly the statement beside it is held.
- Corroborated
- Present in the supplied profile material and independently in an external listing. Only three facts reach this grade: the organization name, the municipality, and the telephone number.
- Supplied
- Present only in the profile material handed over with the photographs. Nothing outside that material confirms it.
- Observed
- Visible in a named photograph at high zoom and describable without interpreting it. Every observed line on this study names its plate.
- Contradicted
- Two sources disagree. Printed as a conflict and never settled. The ward number is the only entry at this grade.
- Unresolved
- Not enough evidence to publish anything at all. Fields at this grade are left blank on purpose rather than filled with a plausible guess.
Contact the company directly
These three routes come from the supplied profile material. The telephone number is the only one of them that an external listing also carries.
